Promote and exhibit your business to the decision makers for virtually all of NC Agricultural Fairs in 2018.
As an associate member of the NCAOAF, you have the right to put yourself in front the organizers of agricultural fairs for the upcoming year.

The 2018 Annual Convention of the NCAOAF will take place at the Sheraton Imperial Hotel, Durham NC, from Thursday January 4th, through January 6th, and we would like you to invite you to join us!
Please Note: You must be a member of the NCAOAF to either exhibit or attend the convention.

Exhibitor set-up is Thursday, January 4, 2018 beginning at 1:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. All booths must be intact by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Trade Show opens at 5:00 p.m. for business. Breakdown of Exhibits will be 12:00 noon, Saturday, January 6, 2018.

Does not include mandatory Convention Registration fee of $150.00 or optional banquet tickets of $60
Does not include electrical for booth
All contracts & payment for booth space must be received by December 15, 2017. Cancellations on or before that date will receive a 50% refund. No refunds after December 15, 2017. All booths must be manned throughout the Conference.
