Refunds and Returns Policy
Payments through the website for membership are non-refundable at any time after the transaction has been completed.
Payments taken for exhibiting or attending an event are eligible for refund up to eight days before the event is due to take place, there are no refunds available if the event starts within eight days. To request a refund please contact the organization through email or phone 919 782-3058 to discuss.
Payment through this web site requires that you complete basic information online about yourself. This basic information is kept securely on a database designed solely for the use of NCAOAF. Payment is taken via Authorize.net - one of the most secure and trusted payment gateway organizations in the world.
